I became acquainted with Mr. Bill Tooke in September of 2004 when I was in the process of interviewing real estate agents to sell my commercial property located in Orem, Utah.  At the time I interviewed several agents and Mr. Tooke impressed me not only with his real estate knowledge but also with his integrity and desire to be upfront and truthful.  His tenacious follow-up helped as well.

I listed my property with him several weeks later. The history of my properties indicated that I had bought too high and now desired to sell in a slow market.  We both knew it would take patience, great marketing and lots of follow-up.

Bill performed in all areas.  He marketed my property in every available aspect he could including national and local MLS. He created sales flyer’s, he used signage and visited with other realtors in a networking situation.  While it did take several months to see the sale of all 3 commercial units it was not because my agent was not working hard.  He was honest and presented the property exactly for what it was, emphasizing strengths yet still disclosing weaknesses.  This is something that did not occur when I purchased the properties initially.  (I am an out of town buyer).

It is also important to note that he continued to stay on task after we had signed offers to ensure the absolute easiest closing possible.  I have bought and sold real estate for the last 12 yrs and have dealt with more than my fair share of dishonest lazy agents, Bill is not one of those.  He is very honest and has a great expertise of not only the "selling" of real estate but the closing and mortgage etc. areas as well.

I would highly recommend Bill Tooke to my associates as well as hire him again myself.

One year ago, Bill Tooke represented us in the sale of our 4-plex in Spanish Fork.  We are still grateful to him for his help and assistance in this sale. 
Mr. Tooke gathered information and made evaluation of every possible means to get the highest dollar amount for the sale.  Problems arose.  The appraisal did not come in as high we had wanted, so he fought to get it higher.  The large lot at the back of the property was not conducive to building there, so he dealt with that.  No obstacle arose that he did not deal with professionally and efficiently until the sale was final and all transactions complete.  He was prepared and prompt for all appointments.  He explained every paper completely before we signed it. He is a professional in every way.  Most importantly, we trusted him and feel his integrity is unequaled.
